What You Will Learn
The PADI Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) course is designed to introduce Scuba Diving in a convenient half-day session. You will learn the theory, skills practice, and actual scuba diving session in the pool. Adds-on open water session available. The DSD can be continued to PADI Open Water Diver (OWD) course.
At DWM, the DSD session is done in the pool. Theory, equipment introduction, and skill practices are done in dry environment. Confined water skills are practised in a pool in Batam during weekday evening sessions after 6pm. Add-on open water dive is done in Batam during weekend/public holiday.
The main focus is to get comfortable with the very basics of Scuba diving. A great option for those who want to check if Scuba diving is for them.
