My Story
My Teaching Approach
I completed my Divemaster training in Gili Trawangan and spent the season teaching international students from Open Water all the way through to Divemaster. What I kept observing was that rushed training produced certified divers who still needed constant supervision on fun dives. The certification card was ahead of the confidence and muscle memory.
DWM exists to fix that. I teach small groups, move at your pace, and focus on turning diving challenges into genuine confidence. I am not interested in how fast you get certified. I am interested in whether your training translates into real diving habits. I'm talking about buoyancy control, calm problem-solving, and the kind of preparedness that matters when things do not go to plan.
Based in Batam, my scuba diving courses are within reach of students from Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. I teach in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin. Learning to dive is like learning to walk — once the fundamentals are in your muscle memory, you stop thinking about the basics and start actually enjoying the dive.
